What a weekend for a wedding! On the heels of some serious flooding in the Dewey Beach are Katie & Matt were married in a most beautiful ceremony on the back deck of the Lighthouse Cove Event Center. The couple exchanged vows overlooking the bay before joining guests for cocktail hour and dancing under the party lights. My favorite moment was watching Katie unwind to LoveShack with her family and friends. Congratulations Katie & Matt, we wish you a lifetime of happiness!

Bob & Bobbie did their first look at a family friend’s property close to the venue, the space was decorated with so many beautiful & colorful florals. After the first look everyone gathered at the Gumboro Fire Hall for the exchanging of vows inside just before sunset followed by Mission BBQ catering, Fisher’s Popcorn treats and much dancing. What a beautiful celebration at Lighthouse Sound in Bishopville, MD. The threat off rain hung through most of the day but just before ceremony time we got a clear 40min window for the exchange of vows under the gazebo before retreating for cover from the falling drops at the end.
